About the Role

Unity Lead Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for digital twin simulations using Unity.
• Lead the implementation of user journey flows and ensure usability across the platform.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices.
• Integrate 3D visualization and simulation components using Unity and optionally NVIDIA Omniverse.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align UI/UX with product and engineering goals.
• Participate in agile development processes and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.

Your Profile

• Strong engineering background with 10–12 years of experience in UI/UX and Unity development.
• Proven experience in

  Digital Twin technologies

  , preferably in maritime or industrial domains.

Proficiency in:

• C#

• Unity

• Experience with wireframing and design tools:

• Figma

• Adobe XD

Strong understanding of:

• User journey mapping

• Accessibility standards

• Maritime user interface design

Familiarity with:

• NVIDIA Omniverse

  (nice-to-have)

• Agile development methodologies

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
