Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Unit Sales Manager. Responsibilities include leading and managing a team of sales professionals, driving business growth to achieve sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing customer relationships. The role will also involve identifying market opportunities, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify, acquire, and manage clients and drive sales revenue.
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities to guide and support the sales team in achieving targets.
Proficiency in customer relationship management and addressing customer needs effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders successfully.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills for identifying market opportunities and creating actionable sales strategies.
Basic proficiency in technology and familiarity with digital tools and platforms is an added advantage.
Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields, along with prior experience in sales management roles.
Knowledge or experience in the insurance domain will be an advantage.
