Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Sales Manager based in Hyderabad. The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing a team of advisors or partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, onboarding and training sales representatives, and strategizing sales plans to achieve individual and team objectives. The role also involves analyzing sales data, staying updated on product knowledge, and implementing best practices for achieving business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales abilities, including achieving targets, and experience in sales performance management
  • Team management skills, including onboarding, training, and motivating team members
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills to assess sales performance and strategize improvements
  • Knowledge of the health insurance or financial services sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, target-driven environment with a customer-centric approach
