Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Unit Sales Manager located in Cuttack, with some work from home permissible. The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets, managing and mentoring a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management, with a focus on achieving targets and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of market analysis and business development strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to devise and implement effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team
