Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and align with organizational goals. Job Description Development: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create detailed, attractive job descriptions for open positions. Sourcing Candidates: Proactively source candidates through professional networks, job boards, social media, referrals, and talent databases. Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit. Management: Maintain candidate records, manage applicant flow, and use the ATS to streamline the hiring process. Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and manage the logistics between candidates and hiring teams.
