Job Description

The job involves managing the end-to-end hiring process by collaborating with hiring managers to define staffing needs, writing compelling job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various platforms, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. 

The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, managing offers, fostering employer brand, and ensuring an inclusive and smooth onboarding experience for new employees. 

Key Responsibilities

  • :

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates and align with organizational goals. 

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create detailed, attractive job descriptions for open positions. 

  • Sourcing Candidates:

Proactively source candidates through professional networks, job boards, social media, referrals, and talent databases. 

  • Screening and Interviewing:

Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video interviews, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit. 

  • Management:

Maintain candidate records, manage applicant flow, and use the ATS to streamline the hiring process. 

  • Interview Coordination:

Schedule interviews and manage the logistics between candidates and hiring teams. 

  • Offer Management:

Communicate job offers, conduct negotiations, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Enhance the company's employer brand to attract top talent. 

  • Reporting and Analysis:

Track key recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to report on hiring efficiency and improve strategies. 

  • Onboarding:

Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires to help them transition into their new roles effectively. 

Essential Skills

  • Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers. 

  • Relationship Building:

The ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. 

  • Time Management:

Skill in managing multiple tasks and meeting hiring deadlines. 

  • Technical Proficiency:

Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms. 

  • Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data and track key performance indicators to improve recruitment strate

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
  • Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
  • Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
  • Identify, attract, and source candidates for open positions using various portals
  • Maintain candidate records
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
