As a Unit Operations Head at Manipal Hospitals, Baner Pune (MHPB), you will play a crucial role in driving day-to-day hospital operations with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and patient satisfaction. You will be expected to monitor and improve key operational metrics such as Length of Stay (LOS), billing estimations, and service escalations. Additionally, you will be responsible for building effective second-line leaders through mentoring and structured training, handling escalations from patients and corporate clients, and continuously improving service standards based on feedback and audits. To excel in this role, you should possess a BDS/BBA/B.Com degree along with an MBA in Hospital Administration or Masters in Hospital Administration, along with at least 8 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare management. Key skills and competencies required for this position include operational strategy, cost control, resource management, strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in quality, audit, and compliance standards.
