Job Purpose
Overseeing the end-to-end management of digital platforms, enhancement of web/app platforms and Conversion and end-to-end management of the QR project and The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring accurate backend data, onboarding dealers, and driving project execution within defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • It also includes facilitating stakeholder communication and MIS reporting to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Driving conversion across channels.
    Duties and Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the end-to-end management of digital platforms, such as Bmall / 3in 1 including backend Master optimization.
  • Drive platform performance and managing Funnel (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU/for all channels, Identify and resolve data gaps.
  • Ensuring stability of platforms through regular testing and highlight issues to concern dept.
  • , manage a tracker around the same, Lead conversion rate improvement though call center and regular follow up with field team, initiatives by analyzing lead, optimizing digital customer journeys, and collaborating with marketing team to increase customer flow.
  • Onboard dealers onto the digital platform and ensure smooth transition, training, and adoption.

  • Driving sales and improving conversion across funnel.

  • Lead end-to-end execution of the QR project, ensuring timely delivery within defined scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to assign tasks and track progress against project milestones.
  • Facilitate regular communication and MIS reporting with internal stakeholders, senior management, and OEM partners.
    Key Decisions / Dimensions
  • Prioritization and allocation of tasks across teams and vendors for QR project execution.
  • Identification and resolution of data issues in digital platforms.
  • Selection of dealers for onboarding and platform rollout.
  • Escalation and communication strategy for project risks and delays.

    Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Qualifications €“ Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Excellent command in Microsoft Office suite i.e. PPT, Excel, Word etc
  • Work Experience €“ 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Result oriented - Go getter attitude is must
  • Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company.
  • Excellent Team management & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Excellent command over communication skills.
  • Highly ambitious & self-motivated
