Location :- Jabalpur Experience :-8 Years (Real Estate Preferrable ) Age :-35 to 50 years can apply Good Communication must required Strategic Leadership Develop and implement long-term strategies for real estate development, sales, and investments. Identify new market opportunities and oversee feasibility studies and project planning. Collaborate with senior leadership to set financial and operational goals. Sales & Marketing Oversight Drive revenue generation through direct and team-based property sales. Supervise marketing strategies, branding, and promotional activities. Set and monitor sales targets for teams and units across projects. Project & Property Management Oversee all phases of property development, from acquisition to project delivery. Coordinate with architects, contractors, legal, and regulatory bodies. Ensure timely and cost-effective project execution within regulatory frameworks. Financial Management Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Monitor cash flows and profitability of projects. Approve pricing strategies and manage large-scale negotiations. Team Management Lead, mentor, and evaluate cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and project development. Foster a high-performance culture through training, performance reviews, and talent development. Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to real estate laws and environmental regulations. Minimize legal and operational risks through proactive compliance and audits.
