Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager, located in Deoghar. The Unit Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of their unit, driving sales, achieving targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and training financial consultants, developing business strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Unit Manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and maintaining relationships with clients.
