Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead, mentor & manage Wealth Managers to achieve business targets
Align team goals with organizational objectives
Drive HNI/UHNI client acquisition & support in closing high-value deals
Deliver customized wealth solutions (MF, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Insurance, Alternates)
Ensure high client engagement with proactive advisory
Achieve P&L targets and grow AUM/AUA
Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI & internal processes

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Business (MBA/CFP/CFA preferred)
Minimum 3-4 years in a leadership/team handling role
Existing AUM book of 75100 Cr (MF, PMS, AIF mandatory)
Strong HNI/UHNI network with proven client acquisition track record
Ability to bring a performing team (preferred)
Demonstrated success in managing large portfolios & driving business growth
