Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Professional Services (PS) for UC projects, including assessments, design validation, implementation, and migrations
• Support implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Cisco UC products (CUCM, Unity, UCCX, IM&P, Expressway, etc.)
• Providing core troubleshooting support including handling of escalations from L1 and assist L2 engineers when needed
• Participate in UC deployments, platform upgrades, and integration projects for enterprise clients
• Monitor system health and performance of UC platforms, including call quality and connectivity issues
• Work on service requests and incident tickets related to UC systems in customer environments
• Provide remote and on-site technical assistance for voice and collaboration issues
• Assist in preparing and updating technical documentation, implementation guides, and client reports
• Coordinate with networking, security, and infrastructure teams to resolve multi-domain technical issues
• Ensure adherence to service SLAs, escalation paths, project timelines, and quality benchmarks
• Participate in client meetings and discussions to provide technical insights and planning input

Required skills:

• Strong knowledge of Cisco UC platforms:
• Good understanding of SIP, H.323, MGCP, SRST, and Cisco voice gateway configurations
• Basic understanding of Cisco routers and switches within a voice-enabled network
• Experience with call routing, dial plans, voice mail systems, hunt groups, and conferencing solutions
• Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools like RTMT, SolarWinds, Wireshark
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to QoS, call quality, codec mismatches, and media flow
• Hands-on experience in project-based customer delivery (Professional Services model)
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
