Role & responsibilities

Proven experience as an Underwriter or in a similar role within the insurance industry.

In-depth knowledge of underwriting parameters, risk assessment, and industry rating methods.
Strong communication and negotiation skills for effective interaction with insurance companies and clients.
Ability to analyze and compare multiple quotes efficiently.
Proficiency in using insurance software, MIS tools, and MS Office.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage renewal processes effectively.
Knowledge of compliance and data security protocols.
