Job Description

Job Title:

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

Review & underwrite US mortgage loan files as per guidelines.
Perform
4Cs analysis
– Credit, Collateral, Capacity & Capital.
Analyze
credit reports, assets, liabilities & income docs
(W2s, 1040s, K1s, 1065, 1120, etc.).
Conduct
income calculations
for salaried, business, rental, and retirement income.
Provide accurate loan approval/denial decisions.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of
US Mortgage Underwriting
experience.
Strong knowledge of
US Residential Mortgage & tax return analysis
.
Excellent decision-making, problem-solving & communication skills.

Perks:

Remote work (Work from Home).
Fixed night shift, Mon–Fri.
