UKG Pro WFM Functional

Job Description:
We are looking for a UKG Pro WFM Support Consultant to provide expert functional support for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) particularly in time and attendance, scheduling, and forecasting(Knowledge). This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise non-technical clients and technical team members.Good client facing skills and able to Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on UKG Pro WFM functionality and configuration in virtual client meetings

Functional Responsibilities (Core Focus):• Provide day-to-day support for end users across key UKG modules such as timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and forecasting(knowledge).• Provide work estimates for system enhancements and be able to translate to system functional requirements / specifications• Identify and resolve functional issues in collaboration with technical team and/or vendor (UKG) support teams.• Review, analyze, and resolve configuration issues related to pay rules, work rules, schedule groups, and employee classifications.

Technical Capabilities (Nice to Have):
• Basic troubleshooting of integration issues (e.g., data load failures, file transfers).• Understanding of how data flows between UKG and external systems such as payroll or HRIS.• Familiarity with SFTP, APIs, or middleware tools like Dell Boomi.• Ability to perform data validation using tools such as Excel or basic SQL.
