About the Role

We are looking for creative and user-centric individuals who are passionate about UI/UX design and digital experiences. This role focuses on understanding user behavior, designing intuitive interfaces, and enhancing overall product usability. You will work closely with product, tech, and business teams to design seamless user journeys and contribute to building visually compelling, functional digital products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile products developed under PanScience ventures.

2. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.

3. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

4. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to translate ideas into effective design solutions.

5. Maintain design consistency by following brand guidelines and design systems.

6. Iterate on designs based on feedback from internal teams and users.

7. Assist in improving user experience across existing products through design enhancements.

8. Document design processes, user journeys, and UI components clearly for implementation.

Requirements

1. Prior hands-on experience in UI/UX design (internships, academic projects, freelance work, or live projects).

2. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.

4. Basic understanding of UX research methods, wireframing, and prototyping.

5. Ability to translate ideas and requirements into visually appealing and functional designs.

6. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

7. Attention to detail, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset.

Learning Opportunities
