Location: Noida (On-site)

Work Timings : 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (IST)

About Us Social Angel is a tech-driven crowdfunding platform that bridges donors with NGOs, individuals, and communities in need. Our mission is to transform kindness into action by building a transparent and impactful donation ecosystem. We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Developer (2-3 Years experience) to join our team and contribute to building scalable, high-performance systems.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead and design intuitive, engaging user interfaces for our web and mobile platform, especially for donation flows, NGO dashboards, user profiles.

✅ Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design ideas.

✅ Build and maintain a design system / component library to ensure consistency across platforms (web, mobile, marketing assets).

✅ Conduct user research and usability testing (surveys, interviews, A/B testing) to gather insights and improve user journeys.

✅ Collaborate closely with frontend developers (Vue.js etc.), backend teams, product managers, and marketing to ensure designs are realistic, implementable, performant.

✅ Ensure designs follow best practices in accessibility (WCAG etc.), responsive design, cross-browser/device compatibility.

✅ Monitor and analyze design performance: metrics like conversion rates (donations), drop-off at form stages, user feedback. Iterate based on data.

✅ Help define brand identity guidelines for UI: typography, color, imagery, iconography, motion (if any) so that marketing materials, social media, email, etc. align with product UI. https://www.socialangel.org/ 1 Skills & Qualifications

✅ 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design (web & mobile) preferably with experience in platforms involving payments, donations, or e-commerce.

✅ Solid portfolio demonstrating a mix of functional flows (e.g. form/process flows, dashboards) and visual design (web or mobile).

✅ Strong skills in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Prototyping tools (e.g. InVision, Figma prototyping) experience.

✅ Good understanding of UX research methods: usability testing, personas, user journey mapping.

✅ Knowledge of front-end constraints and ability to design with implementation in mind (in collaboration with dev teams).

✅ Familiarity with accessibility considerations and responsive design.

✅ Excellent communication skills; ability to present design rationale, get feedback, take ownership of design outcomes.

Nice to have:

✅ Experience with Vue.js / front-end frameworks or ability to work closely with a development team using those technologies.

✅ Experience in design systems or working with component libraries.

✅ Experience designing for non-profit, social impact or cause-driven platforms.

✅ Some motion / micro-interaction design skills.

✅ Experience with A/B testing or conversion optimization. What We Offer
