We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to join our product team full-time. You will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications used across our education platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user needs and translate them into design solutions.

• Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.

• Ensure design consistency across all platforms and maintain a shared design system.

• Stay updated on design trends and suggest innovative ideas to improve UX.

• Work closely with the development team to implement designs effectively and efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Developer.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other modern design tools.

• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and front-end frameworks.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (web and/or mobile).

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end best practices is a plus.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or ERP-based systems is an advantage.

• Candidates based in Nagpur or willing to relocate will be given preference.
