Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Developer with strong expertise in Figma to join our design and development team. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for clean and artful design, a solid understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to transform ideas into visually appealing and user-friendly digital interfaces.

• Key Responsibilities:Design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly UI/UX layouts for web and mobile applications using Figma.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive design mockups that clearly illustrate functionality and design intent.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across all devices.
• Work closely with front-end developers to implement and test design solutions.
• Maintain and enhance design systems and style guides.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Figma (Auto-layouts, Components, Prototypes, Variants, etc.).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.
• Experience with tools like Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator (added advantage).
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience in working with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Familiarity with usability testing and analytics tools.
