Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring an excellent user experience across our products. This role requires strong design skills, user-centric thinking, and the ability to collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to implement designs effectively.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and responsive principles.
• Continuously improve product usability by analyzing user feedback and behavior data.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Create and maintain a design system, style guides, and reusable components.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (preferably in SaaS or software product companies).
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Tailwind, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with front-end development processes.
• Motion design or micro-interactions knowledge is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
