We thrive on innovation and are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can craft user-centric designs that enhance usability and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with managers, developers, and clients to understand business requirements and user needs. Design intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and optimize UI/UX based on insights. Maintain design consistency by following brand guidelines and UI frameworks. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2 to 4 years of experience in UI/UX design. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision . Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD), usability principles, and responsive design . Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups . Experience in conducting user research and usability testing . Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
