Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UIUX Designer located in Dehradun. The UIUX Designer will be responsible for conducting user research, applying design thinking principles to create user-friendly interfaces, and developing visual designs. The role involves creating prototypes to test and improve user experiences, ensuring the design aligns with user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and conducting User Research
• Experience in User Experience (UX) and Visual Design
• Skills in creating Prototypes to test and improve designs
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Figma etc
• Experience with use of Video editing tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred
• Experience with event management platforms is a plus
