Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

UI/UX Designer

to help craft exceptional user experiences across our web platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Translate complex concepts into user-friendly interfaces
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides
  • Analyze user behavior and metrics to improve UX
  • Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and mobile-friendly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, User research, Design Systems
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and UI execution
  • Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, Bootstrap is a Bonus (not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense

🌟 Preferred Skill Set

  • Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with front-end development process
  • Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines
  • Experience designing for SaaS platforms or web apps
