Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft user-friendly digital experiences that enhance how users interact with our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing innovative design thinking, user research skills, and the ability to convert complex requirements into intuitive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
Maintain and evolve our design systems and style guides.
Ensure a consistent and seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Timely delivery of high-quality UI/UX design assets.
User satisfaction metrics (based on testing and feedback).
Improvement in product usability scores.
Adoption and consistency of design system across teams.
Number of design iterations based on data-driven decisions.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative problem solving and design execution.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
