• Collaborate with product managers and developers to shape intuitive user experiences for web and mobile products.
• Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes using

  Figma

• Simplify complexity: turn business logic into clean, usable, and beautiful interfaces.
• Conduct usability reviews and make data-informed UX improvements.
• Contribute to and maintain a design system that scales across products.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX work for web and/or mobile products.
• Advanced proficiency in

  Figma

  (Auto Layout, Components, Prototypes, Variables, etc.)
• Solid understanding of UX principles: accessibility, affordance, feedback, cognitive load, etc.
• Ability to create detailed wireframes, user flows, and responsive layouts.
• Deep user empathy and attention to detail.
• Experience working collaboratively with developers and product teams.

• Motion design or prototyping using Framer, Principle, or similar tools.
• Experience with design systems and tokens.
• Familiarity with usability testing and user research methods.

• Compensation:

  Up to

  ₹3,60,000 annually (all in hand)
