Node.js Developer (NestJS/PostgreSQL/Redis/BullMQ)

Quvor is a performance-first product and services company building TribeCrafter — a customizable SaaS platform for online communities.

We’re looking for a Node.js Developer to take ownership of backend development for TribeCrafter our SaaS community platform.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll work across services, queues, and infrastructure with a strong focus on code quality, performance, and scale.

🛠 Stack You’ll Work With:

• Node.js (NestJS)
• PostgreSQL (Relational schema design + optimization)
• Redis + BullMQ (Job queues, rate limiting, etc.)
• Directus (Used as a headless CMS and admin tool)
• TypeScript (Strict and modular codebase)
• Docker (Locally and in deployment)
• Pulumi (Infra-as-code for provisioning)
• CI/CD, Git, modular repos
• Linux (You should be comfortable working with CLI, shell commands, and server-level debugging)

✅ What We Expect:

• 0–2 years experience with Node.js (NestJS/Express)
• Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, data modeling, and query performance
• Hands-on experience with Redis and BullMQ for background jobs
• Solid TypeScript skills, clean code habits, and structured architecture
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based workflows
• Able to take ownership and debug complex systems across services
• Communicates clearly and works well with a remote, async team
