Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Quality Assurance Tester (Manual). The Quality Assurance Tester will be responsible for executing test cases, performing manual testing, and ensuring the overall quality of the software. Daily tasks include creating and maintaining test cases, reporting and documenting bugs, collaborating with the development team to resolve issues, and continuously improving testing processes. The QA Tester will actively participate in team meetings and provide feedback on product quality based on testing outcomes.

• Proficiency in Test Execution and Manual Testing
• Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
• Experience in Quality Assurance processes and methodologies
• Ability to create, maintain, and execute Test Cases effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a remote environment
• Experience with testing tools and software is a plus
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in

  manual testing

  for SaaS/web products.
• Strong understanding of

  UAT, regression, smoke, exploratory, and integration testing

  .
• Experience validating UI/UX against

  Figma or similar design tools

  .
• Familiarity with

  bug tracking tools

  (Jira, Trello, Linear, etc.).
• Comfortable testing

  responsive web applications

  across browsers and devices.
• Basic understanding of APIs and ability to run validation tests with Postman.
• Strong attention to detail, structured approach, and ability to think like an end user.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to automation tools like Playwright, etc(not mandatory, but a plus).
• Knowledge of accessibility testing (WCAG).
• Experience with SaaS platforms or community/e-learning products.
