Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a UI/UX Designer based in Chennai. The UI/UX Designer will focus on creating user-friendly and visually engaging design solutions. Responsibilities include designing mockups, developing prototypes, conducting user experience research, and collaborating with the development team on front-end design implementation. The role entails working closely with stakeholders to translate user needs into intuitive designs, enhancing overall user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience working with B2B product companies
• Proficiency in creating mockups and visual design
• Experience with prototyping and developing user-friendly interfaces
• Understand the overall journey, flow, and usability, making products accessible and enjoyable
• Strong skills in User Experience Design (UED)
• Understanding of front-end development to collaborate effectively with developers
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and incorporate feedback
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Adobe
