Associate UI/UX Designer (2 Years Experience)

Note

We are looking for a talented Associate UI/UX Designer with around 2 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, hands-on experience with modern design tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality wireframes, UI mockups, and prototypes in ▪️ Figma/Adobe XD.
• Ability to create quick prototypes or rapid Figma designs using recent AI tools.
• Apply solid knowledge of color theory, typography, spacing, and layout design.
• Work on responsive and adaptive UI for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, journey mapping, and persona creation.
• Refine designs based on usability testing and feedback.
• Collaborate with developers for smooth handoff using Figma.
• Contribute to design systems and reusable UI components.
• Perform heuristic evaluations and UX audits to identify improvements.

Required Skillset:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Good understanding of information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows for faster ideation and prototyping.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
• Experience in usability testing and iteration.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
