Job Description: We are looking for a motivated Junior UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of experience to assist in the design and development of user-centric digital solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging interfaces and intuitive user experiences across web and mobile platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive designer to gain hands-on experience and grow their skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and analyzing user requirements and feedback to inform the design process.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design concepts and interactions.
• UI/UX design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and process.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members, usability testing, and user research.
• Support the implementation of designs by providing assets and specifications to developers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or similar.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
