About the Role:

Senior Product Designer (UX)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX/UI design for mobile apps, kiosks, and PWAs for leading QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define innovative product solutions that balance usability and business goals.
• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design specs to guide product development.
• Deliver clean, responsive, and intuitive UI designs, with attention to RTL (right-to-left) interfaces for global users.
• Develop and maintain scalable

  design systems

  to ensure brand and interface consistency.
• Communicate design decisions effectively to developers and stakeholders, ensuring implementation accuracy.
• Analyze feedback, usability testing, and user behavior data to improve product usability and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on

  mobile-first

  design for

  B2C products

  .
• Proven track record of working with

  well-known consumer brands

  , ideally in food/restaurant or related sectors.
• Deep knowledge of design systems and ability to apply them consistently across platforms.
• Portfolio showcasing responsive mobile apps, web interfaces, and real-world product case studies.
• Strong experience designing for

  RTL (Right-to-Left)

  languages and culturally diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in:

• Figma

  (primary tool for design and collaboration)

• Photoshop

  (image editing)

• After Effects

  (for Lottie animations and UI micro-interactions)
• Solid understanding of responsive web and mobile app design, as well as kiosk interface principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in the

  food, hospitality, or QSR industry

• Experience designing complex systems for digital ordering, delivery, or kiosk platforms.

Portfolio Requirement:

• A strong portfolio with

  case studies

  demonstrating your process and design decisions.
• Must include examples of

  mobile-first

  designs and

  multi-platform

  experiences (PWAs, kiosks, apps, etc.).
