UI/UX designer

About the Role
Webandcraft is seeking a passionate UI/UX Designer to craft user-friendly, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will deliver highly detailed, professional designs and troubleshoot UX challenges across websites, mobile apps, e-commerce platforms, social updates, and case studies. Daily collaborations with developers, stakeholders, and project teams will ensure your designs align with business goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, site maps, and user flows to communicate design intent
• Design intuitive interfaces for web, mobile, e-commerce, and social media platforms
• Identify and resolve UX issues through research and user testing
• Ensure responsive designs across multiple screen sizes and devices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs
• Maintain and evolve design standards and style guides

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing web, mobile app, e-commerce, and social media projects
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Solid understanding of responsive web design, typography, and usability
• Ability to translate user requirements into intuitive design solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
• Self-motivated learner who adapts quickly to new tools and workflows
• Expert knowledge of graphics production processes and time management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
