About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team at Ment Tech. The ideal candidate should be passionate about crafting intuitive, user-centric digital experiences and capable of turning complex requirements into clean, simple, and engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers and developers to gather requirements and understand user needs.
• Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze insights to continuously improve design solutions.
• Develop intuitive user flows, information architecture, and interaction designs that enhance user experience.
• Maintain a consistent design language across all platforms and contribute to the evolution of the design system.
• Work closely with the development team for efficient design handoff and provide support during implementation.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Research emerging design trends, conduct competitive analysis, and propose innovative UI/UX solutions.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and evolving business needs with a flexible approach.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.
• Maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm when tackling complex design challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
