Collaborate: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to bring your designs to life. Usability Testing: Assist in usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs. Design Guidelines: Follow and contribute to our design guidelines and standards. Required Skills: Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar. Basic Coding: Understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus. Creativity: Strong creative and visual design skills. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and consistency. Communication: Good communication skills to articulate design choices and collaborate with team members. Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve design problems effectively. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design.
