Job Description

As an experienced UX Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the delivery of design services. Your proficiency in ideation, conceptualization, and creating foundational designs will play a crucial role in this role. You should have expertise in tools, processes, and methodologies related to UX/CX design, with a solid understanding of best practices for product design. Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies is essential, along with practical experience in applying these approaches to design projects. Your strong skills in stakeholder management will enable you to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders at various organizational levels. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must, as you will be conveying complex ideas and solutions to diverse audiences clearly. Key Responsibilities: - Project Initiation: Manage sessions to gather knowledge effectively. - Requirements Gathering: Interact with stakeholders, clients, and users to understand their needs. - High-level Design: Create design standards and proofs of concept. - Detailed Design: Create, coordinate, and test detailed design artifacts. - Unit Initiatives: Participate in initiatives such as presales and case study creation. - Knowledge Management: Create and present knowledge artifacts to share insights. - Functional Knowledge: Proficient in experience design methodologies, wireframing, and visual design. - Quality Compliance: Ensure usability testing techniques are applied effectively. - Technology: Demonstrate a sound understanding of frontend technologies. - Tools and Techniques: Utilize the latest design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, Figma, etc. - High-impact Communication: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills to assess requirements and articulate solutions effectively. - Analytical Ability: Break down problems and think about solutions clearly. - Customer Orientation: Understand customer needs to deliver impactful design solutions. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in UX Design for different mediums, UX Strategy, UX Design Life Cycle, and UX Design Management. - Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies. - Strong knowledge of frontend technologies and the latest design tools. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to create wireframes, visual design, and conduct usability testing effectively.
