About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in creating intuitive, user-centric, and visually engaging designs for our fintech products (web and mobile). The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of design systems, usability principles, wireframing, and prototyping, along with hands-on experience in fintech or product-heavy environments.

This role requires someone who can collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders, while leading design discussions and ensuring a seamless user journey across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process from research, wireframing, prototyping, to final delivery.
• Create and maintain design systems, UI kits, and style guides for consistency across platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Translate complex fintech workflows (payouts, collections, dashboards, onboarding) into simple and intuitive user flows.
• Stay updated with UI/UX trends, fintech best practices, and accessibility guidelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer (web & mobile).
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects (preferably fintech, SaaS, or product platforms).
• Solid understanding of design thinking, wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design.
• Ability to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
