UI/UX Designer

Job Description: UI/UX Designer (0–6 Months Experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a junior UI/UX Designer(fresher or up to 6 months’ experience) to help us create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. You will work closely with developers, and product managers to design user interfaces and improve user journeys for our web and mobile products. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build their portfolio and gain hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Assist in conducting user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user preferences and pain points.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Design intuitive and consistent user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and design principles.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing results.
• Support the creation and maintenance of design systems, style guides, and documentation for UI components.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices and apply them to your work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (final-year students or recent graduates welcome).
• Basic proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles, UX best practices, and responsive design.
• Strong attention to detail, consistency, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Good communication and collaboration skills; ability to present and explain design ideas clearly.
• A portfolio (academic, personal, or internship projects) demonstrating your design process and UI/UX skills.
• Familiarity with usability testing and basic analytics is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end development is a bonus but not mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams.
• Interest in accessibility and inclusive design.
• Ability to create original graphics, icons, or illustrations.
