Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team and help shape the user experience of our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI/UX skills, and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning interfaces for both our web and mobile applications, working from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Design and deliver beautiful, intuitive, and user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes in Figma and Adobe XD that clearly illustrate how sites and apps function and look.
• Create engaging animations and micro-interactions using Lottie to enhance the user experience.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys, and use the findings to inform design decisions.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency across all products.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and technical constraints.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work for both web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in modern design tools, particularly Figma and Adobe XD.
• Demonstrable experience creating animations and micro-interactions with Lottie and Adobe After Effects.
• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and heuristic analysis.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.



Nice-to-Have Skills

• Proficiency in other Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand the feasibility of designs.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience designing for cross-platform applications.
