Puffy is looking for UI/UX Design Manager AI Powered to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement innovative UI/UX designs that meet business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to create seamless user experiences across various platforms.
Conduct research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs to test and vali usability.
Stay up with industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Job Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design, particularly in AI-powered applications.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of human-computer interaction principles and user experience best practices.
Ability to communicate complex design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in an agile environment with iterative design processes.
