Job Description

Puffy is looking for UI/UX Design Manager AI Powered to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement innovative UI/UX designs that meet business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to create user-centered design solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and stay up on industry trends.
Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs to test and vali usability.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.

Job Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work, preferably with AI-powered applications.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and technical teams.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience best practices.
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
