Puffy is looking for UI/UX Design Manager AI Powered to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies that align with business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to create innovative and intuitive user experiences.
Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs to test and vali usability.
Stay up-to- with industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Job Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design, particularly in AI-powered applications.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
Experience with human-centered design principles and methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
