Job Description

Role Objective

To analyze, design, and optimize the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of JR Classes’ website, landing pages, and Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure a seamless, intuitive, and conversion-focused user journey. The primary aim is to reduce friction, minimize unnecessary clicks, and improve overall navigation efficiency.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Conduct a complete UI/UX audit of the existing LMS and website to identify pain points in user navigation.
Create user journey maps and process flow diagrams to visualize current vs. optimized workflows.
Redesign page layouts and navigation structure to minimize the number of steps needed for students to access course content and complete purchases.
Prepare wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Develop UI/UX improvement documents with clear technical recommendations for developers, ensuring they understand changes via diagrams and annotations.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of design changes.
Conduct A/B testing for different UI layouts to measure performance improvements.
Ensure responsive design compatibility for mobile, tablet, and desktop users.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX best practices, accessibility guidelines, and design trends in the EdTech industry.
