About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Provide first-level technical support to internal users 2. Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software 3. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues 4. Assist in system upgrades, patch management, and backup operations 5. Maintain IT documentation and asset records 6. Coordinate with vendors for procurement and support services 7. Ensure timely resolution of IT support tickets and maintain SLAs 8. Assist in maintaining security protocols and user access rights 9. Manage Zoom app functioning 10. Handle WATI software operations 11. Integrate apps with existing systems 12. Manage Pebbly platform operations 13. Support automation and AI initiatives Requirements: 1. Basic understanding of IT systems and software tools 2. Interest in automation, AI, and cloud-based communication platforms 3.
