Job Description

Job Title

UI/UX Designer – Product (Tvara)

Role Overview

Tvara is building an AI-driven sales automation platform with complex workflows, multiple user personas, and high decision density. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can simplify complexity, design for speed and clarity, and think deeply about user behaviour inside sales systems.

This role is not about pretty screens. It’s about designing flows that reduce friction, cognitive load, and errors for sales teams using AI-powered tools daily.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product UX & Flow Design

  • Design end-to-end user flows for sales workflows (lead intake, qualification, follow-ups, proposals, dashboards).
  • Translate AI capabilities into understandable, usable interfaces.
  • Identify friction points in existing flows and redesign for efficiency.
  • Design for multiple personas (founders, sales reps, ops, admins).

2. Interface & Design Systems

  • Create clean, functional, and scalable UI for web-based SaaS.
  • Build and maintain a consistent design system (components, states, patterns).
  • Ensure clarity in dense interfaces such as tables, forms, filters, and dashboards.
  • Design responsive layouts with performance and usability in mind.

3. Research, Validation & Iteration

  • Conduct competitor analysis across CRM, sales automation, and AI tools.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to validate UX decisions.
  • Test assumptions through quick user feedback and internal reviews.
  • Iterate rapidly without over-engineering visuals.

4. Developer Collaboration & Handoff

  • Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Provide structured handoff via Figma (auto-layout, components, variants).
  • Review builds and flag UX or interaction issues early.
  • Think in terms of system scalability, not one-off screens.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Figma (non-negotiable).
  • Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, or workflow-heavy tools.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Ability to explain and defend design decisions logically.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving product environments.

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who thinks like a product partner, not a service designer.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to edge cases.
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and bring structure.
  • Preference for clarity, speed, and usability over visual excess.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with sales tools, CRMs, or enterprise software.
  • Basic understanding of frontend constraints (React, component-based systems).
  • Exposure to AI-driven products or data-heavy interfaces.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and UX performance metrics.

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a branding or marketing design role.
  • Not a UI-only position.
  • Not design without understanding workflows or users.
