Job Description

UID EXECUTIVE/ Senior Executive

Enrolment process management:
Supervising the entire enrolment process, including document verification, biometric capture (fingerprints, iris scan, photograph), data entry, and quality checks to ensure accurate data collection.
Staff supervision:
Leading and training a team of Aadhaar enrolment operators, ensuring they are well-versed in UIDAI guidelines and procedures.
Quality control:
Regularly reviewing captured data for errors and inconsistencies, implementing corrective measures to maintain high quality standards.
Security compliance:
Maintaining the confidentiality of resident data by adhering to strict security protocols and data protection measures.
Reporting and auditing:
Preparing regular reports on enrolment activities, including data capture metrics, and collaborating with UIDAI auditors to address any discrepancies.
Customer service:
Addressing resident queries and concerns related to the enrolment process, providing clear information and assistance.
Compliance with regulations:
Staying updated on latest UIDAI regulations and ensuring the enrolment center operates within the legal framework.
Technical troubleshooting:
Identifying and resolving minor technical issues related to enrolment devices and software.

Preferred Candidate:

Graduate in any field

Has experience in the processes of UID,

Worked as an Aadhar operator or supervisor for minimum 2 years
