We’re looking for a UI/Web Developer who can design and develop high-performing, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites aligned with brand strategy.

Job Description

As a UI / Web Developer, you will be responsible for transforming design concepts into responsive, functional websites. You’ll work closely with the design and marketing teams to deliver optimized websites that support user engagement, SEO, and lead generation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and WordPress.
• Convert Figma / Adobe XD / PSD designs into pixel-perfect front-end code.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Implement SEO-friendly structure, optimized loading speed, and clean coding practices.
• Collaborate with designers and digital marketers to deliver engaging and conversion-oriented pages.
• Maintain, update, and troubleshoot existing websites and landing pages.
• Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals and overall performance.
• Stay updated with UI trends, web standards, and modern frameworks.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in UI / Web development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Experience in WordPress (custom themes, plugins, page builders like Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery).
• Knowledge of basic PHP and MySQL preferred.
• Understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and website optimization.
• Familiarity with Git, hosting, and deployment processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with designers and marketers.
• Strong attention to detail, design sense, and debugging skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Kochi (branch office).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of React / Vue.js / Tailwind CSS (bonus).
• Experience with API integration and dynamic content loading.
• Understanding of Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and SEO-friendly coding.
• Experience working with multi-language or e-commerce websites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
