We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who is creative, analytical, and passionate about digital platforms, campaign strategy, and client success.

Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with designers, content creators, and performance marketers to grow brand visibility, generate leads, and improve engagement for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads for brand awareness and lead generation.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Support SEO strategies with keyword alignment and content optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging creatives and ad copies.
• Stay updated with digital trends, algorithm changes, and ad tools.
• Communicate directly with clients to understand goals and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing (agency or client side).
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO basics.
• Knowledge of social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, etc.).
• Good communication and presentation skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Kochi (branch office).

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop for post design coordination.
• Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
• Understanding of content marketing and copywriting principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cochin, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
