Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for new features and product improvements—research, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and developer hand-off.
Run user research and usability testing (moderated/unmoderated), synthesize findings, and translate insights into actionable design changes and metrics-driven priorities.
Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes in Figma to validate flows, interactions, and microcopy with stakeholders and users.
Build and maintain a scalable design system: reusable components, tokens, documentation, and developer-ready specs to ensure consistency and speed.
Collaborate tightly with PMs, engineers, and QA in Agile sprints to deliver production-ready UI and iterate quickly based on analytics and user feedback.
Champion accessibility, performance-aware designs, and cross-platform consistency (web & mobile) to improve adoption and retention metrics.

Must-Have

3+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and prototypes.
Proven experience in user research, usability testing, wireframing, and translating research into design solutions and measurable outcomes.
Practical knowledge of responsive design, design systems, component libraries, and developer hand-off (basic HTML/CSS familiarity).
