Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong design fundamentals, a user-centered mindset, and hands-on experience in building modern, responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
Design responsive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Translate business and user requirements into functional, elegant design concepts.
Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components.
Ensure consistency in design language and interaction patterns across all products.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of UX principles, visual hierarchy, and interaction design.
Experience designing for web and mobile (iOS/Android) platforms.
Ability to create and maintain design systems and component libraries.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles (knowledge of front-end basics is a plus).
Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.
Experience collaborating with Agile/Scrum teams.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Nice To Have

Knowledge of motion design, prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, etc. ).
Experience with user research tools (Maze, Hotjar, or similar).
Exposure to accessibility (WCAG) and design for inclusivity.
