Job description We’re looking for a data-driven, ROI-focused marketer with 1–3 years of experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns. You’ll be driving lead generation & sales through smart targeting, budget optimization, and high-performing creatives. What You’ll Do: Manage & optimize Google Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping + Facebook & Instagram Ads Plan, test & scale campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA & Conversion Rates Run A/B tests for creatives, copies & landing pages Track performance via Google Analytics & Meta Business Suite Collaborate with the creative team for impactful ads What We’re Looking For: 2–4 years in performance marketing (Google & Meta essential) Strong analytical skills & PPC strategy knowledge Hands-on with bid optimization, retargeting & audience segmentation Bonus: Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint certified 📍 Location: Andheri West, Mumbai Annual CTC: Upto 5 lakh
